Our process

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote, and you review progress on a private preview link as we build. On larger projects, we bring in additional developers from our network.

    Discovery and scoping

    A written scope listing every page or screen, and a fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Design and development

    Websites 3 to 5 weeks, apps 8 to 16 weeks

    We design and build your website or app, with a preview at each stage for websites and every two weeks for apps. One round of changes after each preview is included in the agreed scope.

    Testing and launch

    Included in the build timeline

    We test your website or app, then launch it on hosting registered in your business’s name.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Within week of launch

    You receive all logins, documentation on how your website or app is set up, and our support terms.

Support

Support plans and response times

Website Basic includes up to 1 hour of changes a month, Website Standard up to 3 hours, and Web App Support 2 to 6 hours, depending on the app.

Bug-fix warranty. We fix bugs in our work at no charge for 30 days after launch, or 60 days for apps.

Support plans are optional, billed monthly in advance and run month to month, with one month’s notice to cancel.

Websites and apps start at the prices below, and you receive a fixed quote before any work begins. Code audits and website support plans have fixed prices.

Accounts in your name. We register your domain and hosting in your business’s name before launch, and keep the code in a repository you own from the start of the project. You set up your own email and payment accounts.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

Websites start at R12,000 for up to 5 pages. A website of up to 10 pages with a content management system (CMS), so you can update the text and photos yourself, starts at R22,000, and online shops, booking sites and member areas start at R38,000. After a short call, we send you a fixed quote, and the price only changes if you ask for changes to the scope.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the project, your quote will include the timeline. A 5-page website may take about 3 to 5 weeks after scoping. For a bigger app it may take 8 to 16 weeks, delivered in 2-week sprints.

Can you add AI features to our software?

Yes. We integrate AI services such as OpenAI into new and existing software, and we have built a recruitment platform that uses AI.

Can you take over a website or app built by another developer?

Yes, in most cases, including unfinished projects. We start with a R2,500 code audit and send you a written report within 5 working days of receiving access. You keep the report whether or not you choose a support plan, and if we can’t take on the work, the report explains why.
